1hr consult + 2 additional hours consulting & advocacy services

- Review of child’s educational & psychological records (504Plan, IEP, GIEP, &/or PsychoEducational Evaluation)

- Follow-up phone call/virtual consulting to discuss personalized list of recommendations & suggestions for parent /guardian & school

- Additional hours over 2hrs will be billed at $150/hr in 15min increments

1 hr consult + 4 additional hours of consulting & advocacy services

- Initial intake phone call/virtual consultation discussing concerns/issues

- Review of child’s educational & psychological records

- Follow-up phone call/virtual consulting to discuss personalized list of recommendations & suggestions for parent /guardian & school

- Subsequent email, text, phone communications with parent/guardian

- Review current developmental and academic assessments

- Individualized plan based on child’s developmental & academic strengths and areas of need

- Provide educational recommendations for resources, accommodations, modifications, and therapies

- Provide at home recommendations

- Continued email communication
